Medication Management
Our nurses will assist you with your medications as prescribed by your doctor. With your consent, we will liaise with your treating Doctor and other health specialists, to ensure the appropriate medication is charted and given at the right time. We will monitor your health for any side effects and adverse drug reactions.
Wound Management
Wound management includes wound assessment, wound cleansing, timely dressing change, selection of appropriate dressings, and antibiotic use as charted by your doctor. Our nurses apply these principles using a tailored wound care plan to provide systematic and comprehensive management to clients with chronic wounds.
Urinary Catheter Care
Proper catheter care is important to prevent complications such as infections, bladder stones and injury to the urethra. If you or your loved one require support with catheter care at home, our team of nurses at Kind Hands Nursing Services can help. We will provide all services supporting your catheter care and management.
